I wrote my first short story!
Stayed active in spite of minor disabiltes,and kept from gaining even more!Soon......
Established a habit of consistently exercising 5/6 times per week!
I'm exercising for 30 minutes a day now and have managed to stick to it. I'm starting to feel the benefits. :)
